The rules for processing users’ personal data are described in the Privacy policy. This page is an English translation of the Polish legal notice; in the event of any discrepancy, the Polish version prevails.

6. E-book and newsletter terms

1) Service provider. The provider is Doradztwo Podatkowe Zbyszko Pora, ul. Promień 11/3, 51-659 Wrocław, Poland, tax identification number (NIP) 6112712298, business register number (REGON) 544668930. Email: kontakt@jtwpoland.com.

2) Services. The site offers the selected PDF free of charge and, separately, newsletter registration. We charge no fee; users bear their normal internet access costs. Publications labelled as drafts are sample materials limited to the scope stated in their description; they do not constitute individual tax advice.

3) Requirements. You need internet access, an up-to-date browser, a working email account and software that reads PDFs. Use your own email address or an address you are authorised to use. Submitting unlawful data or disrupting the site is prohibited.

4) E-book delivery. Submitting the form is an order for delivery of the selected e-book to the address provided. We send the link promptly, usually within a few minutes. It is valid for 48 hours; you may submit another request after it expires.

5) Newsletter. Consent to the newsletter is optional and is not a condition for receiving the PDF. Newsletter delivery starts only after separate confirmation of the subscription. You may end it at any time free of charge using the unsubscribe link or by emailing the provider.

6) Complaints. Complaints about PDF delivery, the newsletter or the conformity of content with the contract may be sent to the provider's address. Describe the problem and provide a reply address. We respond within 14 days of receiving a complaint. These terms do not limit consumers' statutory rights, including rights concerning the conformity of digital content with the contract.

7) Withdrawal. Consumers may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of its conclusion by sending a statement to the provider's email or postal address. Sending it before the deadline is sufficient. Suggested wording: “I withdraw from the contract for delivery of [e-book title / newsletter] concluded on [date], email address: [address].” Using this wording is not mandatory. Downloading the free PDF alone does not cause the loss of this right.

8) Data and amendments. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy policy. You may save these terms using your browser or print them. Later changes do not affect orders already placed or extend previously granted marketing consents.
