About us

Professional knowledge. Human language.

JTWPOLAND is created by Zbyszko Pora, Jakub Kittler, Izabela Kittler and Patryk Ciastoń — licensed tax advisors entered on the list of tax advisors kept by the National Council of Tax Advisors of Poland.

Mission

Tax education accessible to everyone.

Regardless of the level of knowledge and the area of tax law.

JTWPOLAND was created so that high-quality tax analysis would also be available outside the opinion, the memorandum and the training room. We build articles, training and case studies on real cases from professional practice, current legislation and the case law of the administrative courts.

We write for entrepreneurs, accountants and finance staff, for individuals settling foreign income, and for foreign nationals working or doing business in Poland — for beginners and experienced readers alike. The site is available in five language versions; publications are written in Polish, and selected materials are made available in translation.

The portal operates fully online. The team works from Wrocław, but our readers and training participants come from all over Poland and from abroad.

Principle

We do not simplify the problem. We simplify the way it is explained.

In tax, a simple message should be the result of analysis, not a substitute for it.

01

Objectively

We inform reliably and in a balanced way — in line with the Code of Ethics of Tax Advisors.

02

With a source

Every thesis has a basis: a provision, a ruling or a judgment.

03

Practically

We show the consequences for a specific business decision.

04

No promises

We do not guarantee outcomes — we show options and risks.
