JTWPOLAND is a tax education portal created by licensed Polish tax advisors. We analyse PIT, CIT, VAT, restructuring, transfer pricing and cross-border settlements — from the perspective of practice.
What we do
We create practical educational materials based on real advisory practice — for entrepreneurs, accountants, Poles living abroad and foreign nationals doing business in Poland.
We publish reliable articles and analyses in every area of tax law — PIT, CIT, VAT, transfer pricing and international taxation. We write accessibly, relying on legislation, case law and many years of advisory practice.
We publish free monographs with footnotes and practical tools — from converting a sole trader into a company, through company divisions and the organised part of an enterprise (ZCP) test, to MDR obligations in restructurings.
We walk through tax settlements step by step, using examples based on typical situations from practice — never client data. From business activity, through rental and investments, to cross-border transactions, with expert commentary.

We are building a knowledge base in which plain language does not mean simplified analysis.

View materials →How we work with content
Every piece is meant to take the reader from the legal rule to its practical application.
We verify the applicable provisions and the date from which they apply.
We analyse individual rulings, official explanations and the positions of the tax administration.
We check the lines of case law of the administrative courts and — where relevant — the CJEU.
We show the consequences, risks and possible courses of action.
