Is JTWPOLAND a tax advisory firm?
No — we are an educational portal created by licensed tax advisors. We publish articles, analyses and case studies and run online training in tax law. We do not provide tax advisory services through the portal.
Who is the portal for?
The portal is for anyone who wants to understand tax law better — entrepreneurs, accountants, finance staff, individuals settling foreign income and foreign nationals working or doing business in Poland. We write both for beginners and for experienced readers.
In which languages are the materials available?
The site is available in five language versions: Polish, English, German, Chinese (Simplified) and Korean. Publications are written in Polish; selected materials are made available in translation — in the event of any discrepancy, the Polish version prevails. Training is delivered in Polish, English or German. This allows us to support both Polish taxpayers and people from abroad operating on the Polish market.
Do I need to come to Wrocław to use the materials?
No — the portal operates fully online. Articles, training and educational materials are available from anywhere in the world, at any time. The team works in Wrocław, but our readers and training participants come from all over Poland and from abroad.
How quickly do you reply to messages?
We reply to messages sent through the contact form within 7 working days. For urgent matters, please indicate this in the message.
Is the preliminary e-mail consultation free of charge?
The first preliminary e-mail consultation is free of charge. Describe your tax issue briefly through the contact form and we will reply within 7 working days. Detailed analyses and tax opinions going beyond the scope of the preliminary consultation are paid and priced individually, on the basis of a separately agreed scope of cooperation.
Can I suggest a topic for an article or training session?
Yes — we are keen to learn the needs of our readers and participants. Describe the topic you are interested in through the contact form or write directly to kontakt@jtwpoland.com. The most frequently requested topics are included in our publication and training plan.
How is my personal data sent through the form protected?
