JTWPOLAND is a tax education portal created by licensed Polish tax advisors. We analyse PIT, CIT, VAT, restructuring, transfer pricing and cross-border settlements — from the perspective of practice.
What we do
We create practical educational materials based on real advisory practice — for entrepreneurs, accountants, Poles living abroad and foreign nationals doing business in Poland.
We publish reliable articles and analyses in every area of tax law — PIT, CIT, VAT, transfer pricing and international taxation. We write accessibly, relying on legislation, case law and many years of advisory practice.
We run online training for entrepreneurs, accountants and individuals who want to understand their tax obligations. Every session combines theory with practice — we discuss the rules using concrete, real-life examples.
See our training offer →We present real settlement cases from different areas of tax law — from business activity, through rental and investments, to cross-border transactions. Step by step, with expert commentary.

Every piece is meant to take the reader from the legal rule to its practical application.
We verify the applicable provisions and the date from which they apply.
We analyse individual rulings, official explanations and the positions of the tax administration.
We check the lines of case law of the administrative courts and — where relevant — the CJEU.
We show the consequences, risks and possible courses of action.
